1. This document defines the Privacy Policy of the Impact Skateboard store, which in particular includes regulations on the protection of personal data and the security of other data entered into the Service by the User.
  2. The Privacy Policy is an integral appendix to the Terms & Conditions.

§2 DEFINITIONS .

Terms used in this document mean:

  1. Administrator – Jakub Pacut, Hallera 121, 43-400 Cieszyn, NIP: 548-270-59-82,
  2. Service – the website at www.impactskateboard.com and all its sub-sites,
  3. Parties – Administrator and User,
  4. User – an individual who uses the Service and provides personal information within it.

§3 DATA PROTECTION.

  1. The Administrator is the Data Controller within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016. (RODO).
  2. The Administrator processes data to the extent, time and purposes each time indicated in the content provided under the forms used to collect personal data from the User.
  3. Personal data, such as the User’s email address, may be processed by the Administrator to send a one-time invitation to review purchased products and services. The legal basis for processing this data is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), focused on improving service quality and allowing other Users to read product reviews. The User has the right to object to such processing at any time by sending a message to: contact@impactskateboard.com.
  4. Personal data may also be processed in an automated manner, including for profiling, if such techniques are used by the Administrator. Profiling may include adapting content, including advertisements, to User needs and interests. The User has the right to object to profiling by sending an email to: contact@impactskateboard.com.
  5. Personal data will be transferred only to the Administrator’s trusted subcontractors, i.e., IT service providers, accounting firms, administration. Data processing is carried out within Poland and the European Union unless otherwise specified.
  6. The period for which personal data is stored depends on the purpose of processing and includes:
    • Until an objection is made, for processing based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
    • For the duration required by law or until Service termination.

§4 USER RIGHTS.

If personal information changes, the User should update it by sending an appropriate message to the Administrator.

  1. Users have the right to request access to their personal data, rectification, deletion, and restriction of its processing. In addition, Users also have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to the processing of personal data.
  2. Users have the right to object to processing their data specifically for receiving review invitations. Objections may be sent to contact@impactskateboard.com.
  3. The User has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  4. Provision of personal data is voluntary; however, failure to consent to data processing prevents the use of the Service.
  5. The Administrator may refuse to delete the User’s personal data if the preservation of personal data is necessary due to an obligation imposed on the Administrator by law.

§5 TECHNICAL DATA PROTECTION.

  1. The Administrator uses all technical and organizational means to ensure the security of the User’s personal information and protect it against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure or access. The information is stored and processed on high-security servers with appropriate security measures that meet the requirements of Polish law.
  2. The Administrator undertakes to keep security copies containing the User’s personal data.
  3. Entrusted data is stored on top-of-the-line equipment and servers in properly secured information storage centers, to which only authorized persons have access.
  4. Regular security audits may be conducted to ensure compliance with data protection standards.
  5. The controller shall carry out personal data processing activities in compliance with all legal and technical requirements imposed on it by the regulations on personal data protection.

§6 COOKIE POLICY.

  1. For the convenience of Users, the Website uses cookies, among other things, to adapt the Website to the needs of Users and for statistical purposes. Cookies are small text files sent by a website visited by an Internet user to the Internet user’s device.
  2. The Service uses two types of cookies: “session cookies” and “permanent cookies” (persistent cookies). “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s terminal equipment until the User logs out, leaves the website or shuts down the software (web browser). ‘Permanent’ cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until they are deleted by the User.

§7 LOGS.

  1. In accordance with the practice of most websites, we store HTTP requests directed to our server (server logs). Accordingly, we store:
    1. IP addresses from which users browse the information content of our website;
    2. time of arrival of the query,
    3. time to send a response,
    4. the name of the client station – identification implemented by the HTTP protocol,
    5. Information about errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions,
    6. URL of the page previously visited by the user (referer link),
    7. information about the user’s browser.
  2. Data collected in logs, data is used only for the purpose of administering the Service.
  3. The collected logs are kept for an indefinite period of time as support material for the administration of the Website. The information contained in them is not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the Service. Based on the log files, statistics may be generated as an aid to administration. Aggregate summaries in the form of such statistics do not contain any identifying characteristics of visitors to the Service.
