Returns
We accept returns on all orders on physical products, within 30 days from the date of delivery. You may return your product to us for a full refund or an exchange.
Returns are only accepted on products in new and unused condition.
Please note: return shipping costs are not covered by us. Once the returned product arrives at our warehouse and is approved, we will issue your refund minus the original shipping cost, which is non-refundable. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
If you would like to return or exchange your order, please use our Returns & Exchanges Form and provide all required details there, including the condition of the product and photos if needed.
Exchanges
If you request a product exchange note that you will be responsible for the return of the product to our warehouse and will bear the shipping cost of the new product.
The returned product must be in good state and cannot be used. Only non-used products will be accepted.
Before sending anything back, please complete our Returns & Exchanges Form and wait for our confirmation and further instructions.
Once your request has been reviewed and confirmed, please send the product in its original packaging to:
