All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Cieszyn, Poland (EU).
We strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Our goal is to process your order promptly so that you can start enjoying your new skateboard asap. Our standard order processing time is 1-2 business days, and shipping times vary depending on the shipping destination. Ground shipping typically takes 2-7 business days. Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays may impact shipping times. You will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched, so please remember to check your inbox (and junk/spam folder) for our message.

Customs tariffs, also known as duties, are determined by the Customs authorities in the destination country. These tariffs are calculated based on two factors: the manufacturers country (country of origin) and the classification of the merchandise according to a harmonized system. Our experience shows that additional shipping fees are average 30% of the order value. In many cases, your order will fall within the threshold below which additional charges will not apply.
