Very nice deck

Got this board as a present from my buddy about 9 months ago. And i must say this product is amazing. I weigh 100kg and not a single issue with this board. Stable, pop is good, and doesnt go in to two pieces. Defenetly will buy again if mine breaks.

I’m loving the board. Staying crispy, no razor tail and has a great shape

Looks great but has a crack on the outer edge that’s supposed to be unbreakable or crackable

I love the brand; it gives me confidence and a lot of security while skating. Thank you. My recommendation is to make the orange part more resistant so it doesn't wear out.

I love the deck, I skate better on it. And it withstands the wear and tear of skating. Though this was the ”indoor” season it has held up really well over the first weeks of spring as well. I have had shoot outs sending the board straight into concrete walls, edges of pillars and down gaps. It hasn’t even made a mark. It has a slightly different ”pop-sound” than a fully wooden board. But you got used to it fast. It feels a bit different in your hand. But skates the same or better than a regular board. It is my first twin. I have been shying away from them though I in theory would like it and would ”spread the wear” better and hence it would last me longer. But I have thought the tips were a bit too short. But since the tips are typically longer than other brands twins/symmetrical/doubles. This worked really well for me. So 👍👍👍 for the shape. I also really like the progressive concave. I’ve had problems width too shallow concave for some tricks and too aggressive for others. So never really found one that hit the spot. The one you have offer a really good compromise. I was afraid that the base surface would be too slippery. Like the eve slicks of old. But his just slides well and consistently on anything. So good for me pushing 45 yo. And can take that many slip-outs or sticking that I used to. And it was a lot better with this board.

TL;DR: I may never buy a 7-ply maple deck again.
XPU Lite 1.6
I was looking for a dedicated outdoor twin tail board and found this company thanks to a local rider that said great things about them. He said after 6 months it rides like new.
So I ordered this one, brought it to a skate shop to have it gripped and weighed, and found that it’s about 10% heavier than other decks.
I decided to use the lightest combination of trucks, wheels and bearings I own, and after that it weighted exactly as much as my lightest setup.
The weight distribution did not seem to affect anything negatively.
The steep kicks were slightly noticeable but not bad.
I went with the Lite because I like decks with flex. While the board feels stiff to the hands, it does have some reverberation when skating that I like.
I love that it doesn’t chip at all. I am no longer anxious when slipping out of a trick and watching my board hurl toward a 90° cement wall. It just bounces off with nary a scratch.
I also never skated a slick textured bottom, and really like it. Unwaxed rails and ledges are slide-able now. 3 hours at an unwaxed park and I didn’t even feel the need to pull out wax.
Neat graphic too.
After several more sessions, my thoughts are mostly the same:
1. The urethane tail shows very light wear from popping and scraping.
2. I slipped out on a quarter pipe and watched my deck hit the corner of a brick structure relatively fast, but couldn’t even find a mark on the deck.
3. I am getting used to the steep kicks, but I think I would prefer about 1-2° shallower angles. Overall the shape is good. Very good concave in my opinion. Maybe a slightly shorter length/wheelbase option would be nice but that’s just personal preference.
4. The board weight hasn’t been an issue with my setup.
The value of a nearly indestructible deck is high to me and well-worth the price. I may find it hard to go back to standard decks.
Much faster shipping than expected, cheers. Also responsive to emails.
Pops so well, and its so satisfying to skate it omg. You should buy damn.
Preorder was super fast. I only waited 1 week instead of 2.
Amazing board for my son
