All Impact Skateboard products are warranted against manufacturing defects and delamination for the functional life of the skateboard.
If you believe your product is defective, please submit a warranty request using our Warranty / Returns Form first. This helps us collect all required details in one place and respond faster.
What happens next
After you submit the form, our team will review your request and may ask you to send the product in for inspection.
If we determine that the product is defective or did not provide reasonable service, we will:
- replace it with a similar, available product of equal or better condition, and
- cover shipping back to you.
If we determine the product is not defective and the damage resulted from regular use, incorrect landings, or other impact-related stress, we will notify you and offer two options:
- Ship the product back to you at your expense, or
- Dispose of it responsibly.
Please note: all skateboard decks, regardless of construction, can break as a result of multiple hard landings and high stress exposition. This is part of normal skateboarding use and is not covered under warranty.

Please do not send anything before submitting the form and receiving confirmation. We may be able to resolve the issue faster or request additional info before shipment.
In the form, please include:
- Your contact details
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product and damage
- Proof of purchase, if available
