We’re thrilled to announce that Impact Skateboard Co. has reached an amazing milestone—6,000 followers on Instagram! We couldn’t be more stoked to see our community growing, with more skaters hearing about our mission and our product every day. This is all thanks to YOU—the skaters, creators, and innovators who keep this community alive and thriving.

To celebrate this achievement, we want to give back to the skateboarding community and invite you to be a part of something special. We’re launching the 6K Followers Contest, where you’ll have the chance to be among the first to test our Clear Impact Deck Prototype. This is more than just a contest—it’s an opportunity to connect, create, and skate with us as we continue to push the boundaries of what skateboarding can be.

OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE “6K FOLLOWERS CONTEST”

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

These Official Rules govern the “6K Followers Contest” (“Contest”) conducted by Impact Skateboard Co. (“Sponsor”). By participating, entrants agree to these rules.

1. ELIGIBILITY

  • Open to legal residents of the United States and European Union countries.
  • Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry or have parental/legal guardian consent to participate.
  • Employees, agents, and affiliates of Impact Skateboard Co. and their immediate family members are not eligible.
  • The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

2. ENTRY PERIOD

  • The Contest begins on 23rd january 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM GMT+1 on February 6th, 2025 (“Entry Period”).
  • Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be considered.

3A. HOW TO ENTER (instagram)

Participants must complete all of the following steps during the Entry Period:

  1. Follow Impact Skateboard Co. on Instagram (@impactskateboard)
  2. Either:
    • Share the Contest post to your Instagram Story, OR
    • Tag three skater friends in the Contest post comments.
  3. Post a video to your Instagram account:
    • Showcase your best skateboarding moves.
    • Tag @impactskateboard.
    • Use the hashtag #ImpactXPU.
    • Include a brief explanation in the caption explaining why you should be selected to test the Clear Impact Deck Prototype.
  • Only one entry per participant. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
  • Your Instagram account must be public to allow us to view your entry.

3B. HOW TO ENTER (Tiktok)

Participants must complete all of the following steps during the Entry Period:

  1. Follow Impact Skateboard Co. on tiktok (@impactskateboard)
  2. Either:
    • Repost the post (Duet, Stitch, or Share it), OR
    • Tag three skater friends in the Contest post comments.
  3. Post a TikTok on your account:
    • Showcase your best skateboarding moves.
    • Tag @impactskateboard.
    • Use the hashtag #ImpactXPU.
    • Include a brief explanation in the caption explaining why you should be selected to test the Clear Impact Deck Prototype.
  • Only one entry per participant. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
  • Your TikTok account must be public to allow us to view your entry.

4. SELECTION OF WINNER

  • One winner will initially be selected by the Impact Skateboard Co. Team (“Judges”) based on the following criteria:
    • Creativity: Innovative tricks or moves.
    • Skill: Demonstrated technical proficiency.
    • Storytelling: How compellingly you explain why you should test the deck.
  • At the discretion of the Sponsor, additional prizes may be awarded to other participants whose entries demonstrate exceptional skill, creativity, or storytelling.
  • Decisions of the Judges are final and binding.
  • Winners will be announced on February 8th, 2025, via Impact Skateboard Co.’s Instagram account.

5. PRIZE

  • Prize: One Clear Impact Deck Prototype (estimated value: $100).
  • No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of the prize are permitted.
  • The Sponsor reserves the right to replace the prize with one of equal or greater value.

6. NOTIFICATION OF WINNER

  • The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from @impactskateboard.
  • The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. LICENSE & PUBLICITY RIGHTS

  • By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their entry (including videos and captions) for promotional purposes across all platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, and advertising, without further compensation.
  • Participants affirm that their entry is their original work and does not infringe on third-party rights.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

  • Sponsor is not responsible for:
    • Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
    • Technical issues or failures of any kind, including Instagram-related malfunctions.
  • Entrants release and hold harmless Impact Skateboard Co., Instagram, and their affiliates from any claims arising from participation in the Contest.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity.
  • Any attempt to undermine the operation of the Contest may result in disqualification and prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

10. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER

  • This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By participating, you agree to release Instagram and Meta from all liability.

  • This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with TikTok. By participating, you agree to release TikTok from all liability.

11. GOVERNING LAW

  • The Contest is governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. PRIVACY

  • Any personal data collected during the Contest will be used solely for Contest administration purposes in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.
