Returns
We accept returns on all orders on physical products, within 30 days from the date of delivery. You may return your product to us for a full refund or an exchange.
Returns are only accepted on products in new and unused condition.
Please note: We do not cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide a 100% refund minus the shipping price, which is unrecoverable. Once the product arrives at our warehouse, we will issue your refund promptly. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
If you would still like to return your order, please email photos of the product to contact@impactskateboard.com, showcasing the condition of the products.
Exchanges
If you request a product exchange note that you will be responsible for the return of the product to our warehouse and will bear the shipping cost of the new product.
The returned product must be in good state and cannot be used. Only non-used products will be accepted.
