Impact skateboard deck v1.3 is here!
Following the success of the v1.2 deck and extensive testing, we received clear feedback: the edge durability is excellent. Now, our focus has shifted to reducing weight. We returned to the drawing board, experimented with various solutions, and are excited to share some great news!
Reduced decks weight
We successfully reduced the deck weight from 1320 grams to 1240 grams for an 8.0 width deck without compromising durability. This means your deck will stay in the air longer, and you will be able to pop it with less energy!
Refined Flex / Stiffness
We heard your feedback about stiffness. Our new deck is thinner and less stiff. We’ve fine-tuned the stiffness to hit that sweet spot, making your skating experience more enjoyable, more forgiving and gentler on your joints.
Improved construction and aesthetics
Beyond technical enhancements, we also refined the visual appeal of our product. We updated the pictograms to highlight the board’s key features and added the XPU construction logo.
We also changed the arrangement and type of composite fibers – it now looks way better, and the new fiber arrangement further supports the deck’s technical properties.
